ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan said that if ‘controlled’ institutions were not providing justice, then people will have to get it by force, a private TV channel reported on Monday.
Blaming the police for siding with Nawaz Sharif, Imran said, “Police officials will be punished for siding with Prime Minister (PM).” He added by saying that one million people were going to attend the Islamabad protest on November 2
PTI Chairman said that a country cannot progress if its leaders are corrupt.
“We’ll create a new Pakistan according to the visions of Iqbal and Quaid-e-Azam”, he said.
He added that the law did not allow stopping people from peaceful protest.
The PTI chief hoped that Lahore High Court will do justice and added that the police have illegally blocked all roads leading to Bani Gala.
Expressing woe, Imran said that even the workers’ relatives were being arrested while terming the workers who reached Bani Gala as ‘Mujahideen’.
